Privacy Policy
This policy covers the website hollidayapproach.com: what it collects, what I do with it, and what I will never do with it.
One distinction before anything else. This website is not where your care happens. If you become a client, your records, intake paperwork, and everything you sign live in a HIPAA-secure electronic health record system, not on this site. How clinical information is protected is covered in the Notice of Privacy Practices. This page is about the website itself.
What this site collects
Three forms, and nothing else.
The contact form asks a few screening questions first (whether it’s for you and you’re 18 or older, your state, therapy or coaching, whether a custody dispute, court-ordered treatment, or a legal case that could reach a therapist’s records is involved, whether a letter or evaluation is the main need, and how you plan to pay), and only then your first name and email. Three answers end on the page with nothing sent: a crisis, being under 18, and a court matter. Every other answer leads to the name and email step. If your answers fit this practice, your name, email, and the service, state, and payment type you chose are sent to me and kept with your message. If they don’t fit, only your name, email, and the fact that the answer was no are sent, not the answers themselves. That is what I need to reply to you. The form is not a secure clinical channel, and it doesn’t ask for clinical details or history; those belong in an actual conversation.
The “Something else” form on the same page asks for your first name, email, a category, and a message. It is for questions, professional inquiries, and privacy or accessibility requests, not for health details, and it isn’t a secure channel. What you send is kept with your name so I can reply. The address shown beside it, for people who prefer email, is ordinary email with the same limits.
The worksheet form asks for an email address, used to send you the PDF and, occasionally, a note when a new tool is ready. To stop those notes, reply to any of them with “unsubscribe.” I never share or sell the list.
There are no accounts on this site and no payment information. Payment happens through the client portal after we’ve talked, never through this website.
What this site doesn’t do
No advertising pixels. No Meta, Google, or TikTok ad trackers. No social media tracking of any kind. The fact that you looked at a therapy website is nobody’s business, so this one sends no visitor data to any ad platform.
This site does not currently run analytics that identify you. If I ever add an analytics service, it will be one that does not identify individual visitors, and this policy will name it. The web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and uptime, the way nearly every website does. Those logs are not used to identify or profile you.
Who else handles the data
The practical minimum: the company that hosts this website and the service that delivers form submissions and worksheet emails. They process this information on my behalf, under their own confidentiality and security obligations, and have no right to use it for anything else.
Your choices
You can ask what I hold about you from this website (at most, your form submissions and email address), ask me to delete it, or unsubscribe from tool updates. The “Something else” option on the contact form works for any of these, and so does email to . Deleting website data doesn’t touch clinical records, which have their own legal retention requirements described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
